Reiki and Counselling by Sama Helen Jeffreys in Bow East London

Hello,

My name is Sama Helen Jeffreys and I practise Reiki, counselling or a combination of both.

I know we all have the potential to understand ourselves and our world more clearly, and so be more and go further in our lives. I am inspired by the work of Carl Rogers, and by my Buddhist beliefs and practice which inform my life and work.

I have a psychodynamic background in mental health work, then trained as a person-centred counsellor, gaining a Diploma in Counselling in 2003. I am a member of the BACP and adhere to their Code of Ethics. I offer individual and couple counselling.

I am also a Reiki Master/Teacher, offering individual Reiki treatments, also classes and attunements, and I run a regular Reiki share group. I am a Master/Teacher Member of the UK Reiki Federation.

I can work with a combination of counselling and Reiki to release, process and heal - physically, emotionally and spiritually.

I have practised Reiki since 2001 and counselling since 2002. I work from my home in Bow E3 and from 17 March 2012 will also be working from THE PLANE TREE, 31 Roman Road, E2 0HU, a new clinic for mind and body therapies, close to Bethnal Green station.
